These terms govern your use of www.cellyseries.com, operated by Celly Series Hockey LLC, and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. General
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make purchases.
- Accuracy: we try to describe products, prices and events accurately, but errors happen. We may correct errors, cancel affected orders and refund you.
- Intellectual property: our logos, artwork, photos and content belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
- Acceptable use: don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Privacy: our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. Merchandise
- Orders: our store runs on Shopify. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may limit or cancel orders, for example for suspected fraud or stock errors.
- Pricing and payment: prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout.
- Shipping: we ship to the continental United States and aim to ship within 7-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.
- Returns: unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Final-sale items, such as limited editions, can’t be returned. Buyers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Defective or wrong items: email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it.
3. Tickets and events
- Ticketing: tickets are sold through Tixr and are also subject to Tixr’s Terms of Service. Buy only from our site or official Tixr links. We can’t honor tickets bought from unauthorized resellers.
- Refunds: all ticket sales are final, except as stated here. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders get a refund of the ticket price through Tixr. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date, and refunds are available for 7 days after the announcement.
- Changes: performers, times and set lists may change without notice and don’t entitle you to a refund.
- Entry: We and the venue may refuse entry or remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or breaks venue rules, without a refund.
- Photos and recording: events may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you agree we may use footage that includes you for promotional purposes.
- Assumption of risk: attending live events carries inherent risks. You attend at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is,” except for any warranties required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or ticket involved.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
