Celly Series Hockey LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.cellyseries.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information in connection with the Site, merchandise purchases and our events
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address when you order merchandise, join our mailing list, or contact us.
- Transaction information: information relating to merchandise and ticket purchases, including items purchased, transaction history and related order information. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment and ticketing providers and is not directly collected or stored by us.
- Information collected automatically: when you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Site.
How tickets and merchandise are processed
- Online merchandise purchases are processed through Shopify. Information you provide in connection with a merchandise purchase may be collected and processed by Shopify in accordance with its applicable privacy terms. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
- Merchandise purchased at the event can be purchased via credit card (which would be processed through Shopify and in accordance with its applicable privacy terms. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.) or cash.
- Tickets are sold and processed through Tixr. Information you provide when purchasing tickets is collected and processed by Tixr in accordance with Tixr’s Privacy Policy. Tixr may provide us with certain ticket purchase information in connection with our events. Once we receive said information, our use of it is governed by this Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, and manage event entry & admission;
- Communicate with you regarding purchases, events, customer service requests and other applicable transactional matters;
- Send marketing communication where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences;
- Detect and prevent fraud; and
- Comply with applicable law and protect our rights, property, safety and the safety of others.
